Downloads files that I have no permission to run

I just switched a CI pipeline to use install-cli-action but after succeeding for a few times, we got this consistent failure:

The workflow looks like:

It looks like either the 1Password CDN is serving broken packages or the install-cli-action can't consistently unzip and activate the op binary.

Try using pinned version to avoid this error

Hi @tmcw, thanks for the report. This is fixed now; a bad beta build had shipped but we've rolled that back.

Please retry with version: latest-beta and you should see it working.
