Improve ptSpectraInclusiveUpc.cxx

Make the DCAxy 2-dim to allow fits of the DCAxy vs pT.
Include tracks that do not pass the DCAxy selctions in the DCAxy distribustions for the fits.
Apply the selection on TPC cluster only to tracks that have TPC info.
Do not reject tracks that are compatible with a particle but do not pass rapidity cut before checking the compatibility with other particles.
