refactor: 大规模死代码清理——移除未使用组件/钩子/工具

清理 47 个已废弃文件，覆盖以下模块： - layout: FeedbackPanel, Navbar, Sidebar, PageTransition - sync: ConflictDialog, SyncStatusBar, syncHandler - notes: PredictionPanel, capture 组件, useNoteAIActions 等 hooks - animation: 全套动画组件（迁移至 3D 场景） - feynman: FeynmanStepNavigation（已迁移至内联步骤） - dashboard: 深海主题死代码（AchievementPanel, EfficiencyChart 等） - settings: useClearData, useEncryptedBackup, useStoragePath - ai: aiStreamConsumer, useVisionExtract, useAIFallback, useAIService - 其他: usePageTitle, useSidebarStore, types/index, env/index 等
