feat: v0.15.0 — 官网部署流水线、下载页更新与依赖升级

CI/CD：
- 新增 deploy-website.yml 官网自动部署流水线

官网更新：
- download 页面下载链接更新
- package.json 依赖版本升级

客户端：
- package.json / package-lock.json 依赖更新

后端部署：
- docker-compose.prod.yml 配置优化
- nginx.conf 路由配置更新
