feat: 熵减 Entropydecrease 品牌迁移与全仓规范化重构
迁移阶段 1-15 全量成果续接课伴历史：品牌重命名（客户端/网关/同步服务/官网/CI）、巨型文件拆分归零（§1）、@ai-context 全覆盖（§3）、docs 重组（10 目录→4）、main/dev 分支策略落地（.releaserc/workflows/husky+commitlint）、仓库更名联动修复（electron-updater 源/官网链接）。用户数据标识（keban.db 等）永久豁免保留。
