Hide CLEAR and RESET (and EXECUTE) on Model tab #36

When the model is selected for requests with bodies, the CLEAR, REQUEST, and EXECUTE should be hidden and not functional unless the user switches to the Body tab. For requests without bodies they should always be enabled.
