Subject: [PATCH] Remove the support chat widget from the dashboard

The dashboard loaded a third-party support chat widget on mainnet. Support
is no longer handled through that channel, so the widget is removed along
with its inline configuration.

This deletes the loader script and its settings block from the page head.
Nothing else referenced the widget: no environment variables, build config
or content-security-policy entries pointed at it.
