Hi,

I think we should have an interactive dataframe to allow someone to filter and manipulate the data on their own. I'll add it to your report @kipkurui -- thank you for the arranging the files of the project as well as Data analysis. I was also exploring the possibility of seeing all the data from the plots you've made and I have made. R has tools that can enable me to do that that's why I moved to it. I'll make a branch and make these ideas reality or I'll try to.

On the other hand, I will make sure to put a link for https://mybinder.org/ to make each and every project we've done reproducible anywhere.

Thanks, @Shuyib. I have finished with the clean-up of data and directories. Pull the latest master for updated, and fixed data.

I've made the interractive dataframe in my branch. It's available in the notebook in the branch alternate analysis. Adding binder at the moment needs a requirements file. NB: Could you make one @kipkurui since mine has so many dependencies use https://conda.io/docs/user-guide/tasks/manage-environments.html#sharing-an-environment. Still working on the plots.
