why agent can speak only on English?

I am a Russian-speaking student and don't understand English very well. When I asked the agent to speak Russian, they said their system prompt requires them to speak exclusively in English. Could you please remove that requirement from the system prompt?

Same problem to me. Just use prompts to emphasize the output language, to emphasize it again and to emphasize it again again. Believe me, that does work.
