[WP 7.X] layout issues

The icons are not aligned properly on chart library page. Also, the filters and buttons are showing bigger

@poonam279 I have fixed the edit button layout with this PR #1318.

As the input and button height is set to 40px in WP 7.x, could you please confirm whether we should also set a fixed height for the buttons and inputs to maintain the same appearance as in WP 6.x?
