I was able to successfully build and run the code (with no data though). I had a few small problems,

1. In the triggeralgs/triggeralgsConfig.cmake.in the set_and_check and include target file didn't work. I commented it out as is also done in the he branch.
2. The tutorial has dbt-setup-run-environment but it turned out to be named dbt-setup-runtime-environment.

Just got feedback from Daisy & amended the moo compile part with the info that it has to be run from $MYDIR
