Add a --host parameter for UI

Still on the radar. It needs care though: the UI deliberately binds 127.0.0.1 only as a security posture, so a --host option would land behind an explicit opt-in with clear warnings. No ETA yet.

I'd like to implement this. Based on your feedback, the plan is:

• Add --host flag (default: 127.0.0.1, unchanged)
• Print a security warning to stderr when --host is not 127.0.0.1
• Persist the setting via config set

PR coming after discussion.

Example:
codebase-memory-mcp --ui=true --host=0.0.0.0 --port=9749

WARNING: UI server listening on 0.0.0.0:9749 (all interfaces).
This is accessible from the network. Use 127.0.0.1 for local-only access.

Can I proceed?
