Test Mode and Run Mode both fail with {"error":"Unauthorized"} — blank page, before app loads

Can we access your project?

• I give permission for members of the FlutterFlow team to access and test my project for the sole purpose of investigating this issue.

Current Behavior

When launching Test Mode or Run Mode, the app fails to load. Instead of the app,
the page shows a blank screen with only this text:

{"error":"Unauthorized"}

This appears before the app itself loads — no login screen, no splash, nothing else.

Expected Behavior

the app should load normally in Test/Run Mode.

1. Open the WalkerHQ project
2. Click Test (or the Run/Play button)
3. Wait for the preview to load
4. Blank page appears showing {"error":"Unauthorized"}
5. What I've already tried (no change in any case)

• Ending the session and starting a new one
• Hard refresh of the browser tab
• Testing in a different browser
• Testing in an Incognito window with all extensions disabled

- This worked previously and started failing recently

Hi! I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue.

As a workaround, you can try switching to the Old Test Mode to see if that resolves the problem.

Also, could you let me know whether you experience the same issue when using the FlutterFlow desktop app or the web version in Chrome?
