Update Google Play Billing Library version

• I give permission for members of the FlutterFlow team to access and test my project for the sole purpose of investigating this issue.

Current Behavior

I am getting an error on Google Play regarding the version of the google play billing library version. It will be deprecated before and of August 2026.
The same is happening with Google Play's target API level requirements

Expected Behavior

Don't get an error on google play when uploading a new version.
