Workspace selector missing, projects not visible

Can we access your project?

• I give permission for members of the FlutterFlow team to access and test my project for the sole purpose of investigating this issue.

Current Behavior

My FlutterFlow account is stuck in an empty workspace. The Projects page shows no projects, and the workspace selector does not appear in any browser or device.

Symptoms:

• Projects page is empty
• Workspace selector missing
• “Switch Workspace” not visible
• Create New Project modal shows no Recent Projects
• Issue persists across multiple browsers and private/incognito windows
• My project is still open on another computer but not visible anywhere else

Expected Behavior

Workspace selector should appear and my existing project should be visible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Log in to FlutterFlow using my normal account.
2. Arrive at the Projects page.
3. Observe that no projects appear and the workspace selector is missing.
4. Try multiple browsers, devices, and private/incognito windows.
5. The workspace selector never appears, and the Projects page remains empty.

Reproducible from Blank

• The steps to reproduce above start from a blank project.

Thanks for the response. I’m unable to access the FlutterFlow editor at all because the workspace selector is missing and the Projects page is empty. Because of this, I cannot use the in-app chat or generate a bug report code.

I have already emailed support@flutterflow.io and received an automated response directing me back to GitHub.

I’m stuck in a loop with no working support channel. Could you please escalate this issue to the engineering team so they can check and reset my workspace mapping on the backend?
