Add epoch_delta information to GLOWS L2

Summary

We need to know the bin size (aka the duration) of each epoch in the Glows L2 files. Otherwise, CAVA is unable to plot the L2 data.

I'm not sure if the L3 data already contains this information (or if it is even needed at the L3 level). If it does, we should stick to the same variable names and calculations and whatnot that they do in their code.

Requirements

The more specific the better.

• [ Create a new variable that describes the bin sizes of "epoch" ]
• [ Create new attributes for the epoch variable, DELTA_PLUS_VAR and DELTA_MINUS_VAR, which point to this new variable ]
