[BUG] Selecting audio bitrate doesn't work

Prerequisites

Issue Description (required)

I use the app mainly to compress for Discord (10MB) and AV1.

If I try to change the audio bitrate to smaller, the file size ends up larger and after closer inspection, it keeps the original audio bitrate. Also I'm not able to select all of the audio bitrate options, only was able to pick 96K or 64K.

Expected Behaviour (required)

Expecting the audio to be compressed and file size to be under 10MB

I tried this once again, this time the app autoselected 128Kbps, I wasn't able to change it and the final audio bitrate was the original 192kbps.
