Preserve the existing required checks (Typecheck and Unit Tests (linux)), disabled merge/closure automation, and the repository's long-running CI wait budget. Do not modify unrelated local documents or the original workspace.

Run canonical init/setup refreshes, review the generated diff, and retain necessary repository execution settings such as the 45-minute job / 40-minute sibling-check budget. Bind this housekeeping issue alongside the seven independently tracked DAG fixes. Verify current-head acceptance locally and through the main-targeted workflow during promotion.
