[Feature]: Add TX repeater key matching awareness to app instead of relying solely on backend validation

Description:
I’ll do some thinking about it at some point but from a TX perspective the app is unaware of repeaters full key it only knows the byte width of the radio configured. The matching happens on the backend to ensure we don’t match on duplicate ids, etc
