the PRI file format is currently undocumented and there is barely anything online about this file format, so I think the PRI file format should be documented here

This issue was created without any context for which documentation topic you're referring to where you'd like PRI file info added. Could you provide some additional information about where you would like us to enhance the docs?

I am talking about Package resource index (.pri) files. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/win32/menurc/pri-indexing-reference this page does give some information on pri files, but it doesn't give any information on the file format structure itself.
That information can be very useful since I want to create a pri file reader/writer.
