A common spec for OpenShell providers and sbx kits

There's a lot of overlap between the OpenShell v2 provider spec and Docker's sbx v3 kit spec, which they are proposing to the CNCF as a standard.

We would appreciate it if NVIDIA collaborated, while the kit spec authors are actively seeking feedback, by figuring out if the kit spec needs amending to account for providers as you have conceived of them.

This would help both customers and vendors in the sandboxing space.
