What do you want to work on?

I want to add a small change: OpenShell should save who approved or rejected each draft chunk. Today it does not. I am opening an issue about it with a few design questions. I have a patch with tests, and I will open a PR after the approach is agreed.

Why this change?

Its part of what i do on proof of human approval for AI agent actions. I wrote IETF drafts on this topic, and my requirement was added to OWASP AISVS. Issue #2109 says old approvals are evidence, but without the name of who approved, nobody can check it later.
