What do you want to work on?

I'd like to work on #3658 and extend the token-grant logic the REST relay already uses to MCP requests, keeping tool-level policy checks before credential resolution. Since the issue is still in triage, I'd like to confirm the scope with the maintainers before starting.

Why this change?

I'm interested in secure agent infrastructure. I worked on backend and ML systems at Disney+ Hotstar, and I'm studying AI Engineering and Information Security at CMU. I'd like to help support authenticated MCP calls while preserving restrictions on individual tools.
