[Feature Request] Need image-to-.moz conversion functionality

In the map image processing for BP-BGT-Worldmap, converting images to Mos format is needed, which can be done with NI. However, the subsequent step of converting mos to moz requires tileconv. Could the .mos-to-.moz conversion functionality be integrated? Or alternatively, could direct image-to-moz conversion be provided?

MOZ/TIZ were some of the proprietary compression formats that were popular back in the Bioware days when package size still counted.

Since it's not directly related to the Infinity Engine I'd rather not implement support for those. There are several command line tools that can deal with it (search for mospack or tispack). Moreover, the format uses lossy jpeg compression internally which produces inferior image quality. There are better ways to compress image data nowadays, like PVRZ which is already natively supported by the game engine.
