Open custom directory

Hi all, new user here. My "User pictures" folder on my computer isn't directly in the C:\Users<username> directory, rather it's nested inside a cloud-based sub-directory. Using the command in the below screenshot does nothing when I click it in the Start menu. How do I get that command to launch my files explorer to a custom directory since the link box is grayed out? Using the "User documents" command launches my explorer to the custom directory (D:\Documents), however. Thanks!

Nevermind, I didn't see the Custom command. I posted too quickly.
