Generate `README.md` from template files

When the README.md is generated from template files, its possible to switch it from a "developer description" to a "end user description" or updates it content.

E.g.

• The path /projects/OpenHaus/plugins/plugin-boilerplate/ to /projects/OpenHaus/plugins/plugin-boilerplate/oh-plg-my-super-plugin
• Plugin UUID 00000000-0000-0000-0000-000000000000 to 31c2a01e-dec3-418a-90c2-e7b8c44b2893
• Intens captured from wizard
