Both current monitors (U6 across R12 = 50 mΩ, U10 across R18 = 50 mΩ) need VIN+ / VIN− routed as Kelvin connections directly to the shunt pads, not tapped off the power trace. Without this, trace resistance adds directly to the measured drop and the INA226's accuracy is meaningless.

Layout constraint: route VIN+ / VIN− as a symmetric differential pair from the inner edges of the shunt pads, kept clear of the high-current path.
