Why now (authority/SEO): publishing earns automatic referring-domain backlinks from the package-mirror cluster (socket.dev, jsdelivr, libraries.io, snyk, npm). That cluster is a direct lever on the site's authority gap (currently AS 6 with 50 referring domains). The Python SDK is already on PyPI (sharpapi v0.4.1) and indexed by libraries.io and snyk; npm closes the TS half and adds developer discoverability.

• Published 0.4.1 tarball diffed against a build of main: the only API delta is the unreleased EVOpportunity.is_suspended / suspended_since fields (feat(ev): add is_suspended/suspended_since to EVOpportunity #13).

One gap found and fixed: main carried that unreleased feature at version 0.4.1, which npm already has — cutting a release without a bump would 403 at npm publish. PR #17 stages the fix: bump to 0.4.2, CHANGELOG entry, and an engines: node >=18 field matching the CI matrix.

(FYI: npm test finds no test files — vitest exits 1 on a clean checkout. Not a publish blocker; publish.yml's gate runs lint + tsc only, same as test.yml.)

When the sharp reference suspends a live market, the engine keeps the opp visible-but-suspended under the same stable `id` with the edge hidden — consumers can grey the row and keep it in place across resume. Owner decision (Mike, 2026-07-02): HOLD the v0.4.2 release until the server-side EV_SUSPENDED_STATE flag flips, so the SDK's is_suspended/suspended_since fields ship together with live behavior.
