Subject: [PATCH] feat(marketing): docs coming-soon page and real GitHub link

- /docs shows a "Documentation, coming soon" message with a contact email and a
  sign-up link instead of the loading screen preview.
- Landing page GitHub contact link points to the Draftly repository.
