column resizing in "structure" using the column separator

What happened?

When double clicking the column separator to auto adjust a column to the width of the content I can see the column separator jump to the correct position but the table only gets resized when I click into a random field

Expected behavior

Double clicking the column separator auto resizes the column to the width of the content w/o an additional click into a random field
