Setup:
GitHub App installed with "All repositories" access
Read/write permissions granted
No .github/workflows/ or Qodo config files in the repo
Steps to reproduce:
Open a pull request
Post a comment containing /review
Wait several minutes — no response from the bot
Expected: Qodo posts a code review on the PR within a few minutes.
Actual: No response. No checks triggered on the branch. The comment sits unanswered.
