Update Channel keeps "download in progress" even after the download is finished.

Bug Description:
When using Update Channel, it doesn't prompt me to restart. It instead stays with "Download in Progress", even after the download finishes (indicated by the green checkmark on the bottom bar).

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Go to Binary Ninja -> Update Channel
2. Pick a version
3. Observe that "Download in Progress" never changes to a completed message, even if at the bottom the green checkmark that indicates a completed download is on.

Expected Behavior:
I expect the download in progress to finish at some point and then prompt me to restart.
