Admins should be able to more easily duplicate campaigns

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When creating new texting campaigns, I almost always duplicate an existing campaign so I can have my updated canned responses and baseline script to build off of. Shared canned responses/scripts/etc is worth exploring, but copying works pretty well. However, copying a campaign is a little buried, in that you have to open the campaign to do it. This makes it harder, and it makes it likelier that admins don't know it's available. I propose surfacing copy campaign on the campaigns dashboard, without having to click in.

Two options:

1. easiest, just add it to the existing three dot menu on a campaign card

2. If we wanted to make this even more visible, we could consider adding it directly to the card, such as with a button and icon:

i like 2! makes sense to me to display copying more prominently
