When uploading a CSV, there is no indication the upload is actually working. Sometimes, I can upload a CSV, nothing happens. I refresh the page, Contacts is blank, and then the page refreshes and updates with the CSV.
When re-uploading a CSV it is even harder to tell, because numbers and colors don't change:

When an upload is initiated, user's should see a loading icon to and "Uploading CSV" status message. When done, the page ideally should not refresh, and instead update async in the contacts pane.
