The "Reassign Replies" button can be confusing to texters. It's a common expectation that it will reassign all conversations assigned to them.

Tweak the functionality so that all contacts (see note about messaged status below) are unassigned from the texter

Clarify the copy to make the concept clearer - some possibilities:
- Rename to "Reassign My Conversations"
- Switch to an online / offline toggle. When someone comes "online" for the day, they get assigned a batch of the current assignment. When someone goes "offline", all contacts are unassigned
