Introduce a targeting feature to allow users to segment and target specific groups within their audience for campaigns.

Describe the solution you'd like

• Reorient the audience list to be a global contact list.
• Add a new concept of "lists" for segmented groups of the global audience.
• Allow users to upload a CSV file to populate the global contact list.

For MVP:

• Handle creating lists in Audience

Nice-to-have:

• Create segments in create email flow

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Explore natural language input for targeting vs dropdown/filter options. (Nice to have, will create a separate ticket)
• Ensure seamless integration between uploaded contacts, custom fields, and segmented lists.
