Describe the bug
Scheduled campaign not triggering send

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a an email
2. Schedule it for a valid future date/time
3. Confirm campaign shows as scheduled
4. Wait until scheduled time passes
5. Observe sending behavior

Expected behavior
Campaign should automatically trigger and send emails at the scheduled time.

Additional context

• Scheduling appears to work, but execution does not trigger. Possible timezone or scheduler issue.
