[BUG] git lfs pull fails during setup phase

Clone the repo then run git lfs pull and the terminal returns:

[3706ca90dc04ebc1a9bc1ffc48a3cbe033f9fa68f23a4ea30b38e9a1eac9df1e] Object does not exist on the server: [404] Object does not exist on the server
Failed to fetch some objects from 'https://github.com/Zoo-Code-Org/Zoo-Code-Jetbrains.git/info/lfs'

This command is run during the setup script as well, so the setup script fails at this step.

This bug prevents the plugin to be successfully build.

Environment

• WSL2 running Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS running on Win11

I just tried to clone the repo on my Windows file system, and the clone exits in an incomplete state:

Errors logged to '.\Zoo-Code-Jetbrains.git\lfs\logs\20260716T133854.6366498.log'.
Use git lfs logs last to view the log.

You can inspect what was checked out with 'git status'
and retry with 'git restore --source=HEAD :/'

Before, I cloned on WSL directly without git-lfs installed. Then I ran the setup script and found out that git-lfs is needed. I don't know if git-lfs was already installed on my Windows system.

So the missing file is causing a simple repo clone as well.
