Add ContentSource property to load Content from URL #3

Description

@birbilis

Should add a ContentSource to StoryItem (and to StoryItemOptions UI) to be able to ALWAYS reload Content from a URL (instead of storing Content)

Suggested property would be different to fetching content from a URL in StoryItemOptions UI and then setting Content from there (could have such functionality in the "Load" button, would allow to select File/URL/LoadFromGallery)

It would serve to keep files small, esp. when same images (say backgrounds) are used in many StoryPoints in a .readcom file)
Also since verbose (classic) .readcom files instead of binary ones are still supported, it would ease generating such from text-template-engines (since image data would be external provided via a value at the ContentSource URL property)
