Subject: [PATCH] fix(docs): serve the docs from the custom domain's root

The docs moved to https://transcriptcut.aamin.me/, which serves the site
from the domain root, but VitePress was still built with the github.io
project-site base "/transcriptcut/". Every stylesheet, script and font
then 404'd, so pages rendered as unstyled HTML. Set base to "/", fix the
favicon and the two raw-HTML screenshot links (VitePress doesn't rewrite
those), and point the README at the new domain.
