Why doesn't support pip, docker, even building from source etc?

I tried to install ANUS through pip, there's not such repo.
Tried to install from docker, there's not such dockerfile etc.
Tried even building from source, it's installed but "anus init" or "anus --version" commands doesn't work. there's not such arguments.
how can an AI agent built that bad? I mean even AI itself could handle this, you developers can't?!

I also tried to run it in docker and getting the below:

docker pull anusai/anus:latest

Error response from daemon: pull access denied for anusai/anus, repository does not exist or may require 'docker login': denied: requested access to the resource is denied
