The latest `sqlparser_derive` release is several months older than `sqlparser`

FYI: sqlparser was last released about two month ago, but the associated sqlparser_derive was last released about four months ago.

Can they be updated together in the next release, or push out the current version that is associated with the v0.62.0 tag? (I'm waiting on the fix made in #2219 to land; I can pin to the tag, but would be better if the actual releases matched 👍)
