ISOs Tracking

Reusing this issue as a general tracking issue to understand the state of ISOs

• Have functional ISO infrastructure (https://github.com/apollo-linux/apollo-iso-builder)
• Add a workflow to this repo that builds ISOs with the above action
• Add Eleven to the ISO
• Get Eleven to a functional state
• Set up an S3 bucket or similar service to distribute ISOs properly

With apollo-linux/apollo-iso-builder we basically have a pipeline working, now we just need to automate it. And of course get eleven running properly on it.

Long-term, it'd be nice to do this with mkosi or lonicera, but this will work.
