[feature] Add status section

Idea

The landing page on /panel should include a small status section that includes the version and uptime of all major components.

Todo:

• Query API for version & status
• Add visualisation panel for this

This is still a work in progress and will be resolved when all components report and monitor their health properly.

Status on the V3 portal feature branch (feat/portal-next, pending): the dashboard shows per-node status, heartbeat age, load, storage used, and documents held, and the status page shows the API and portal versions plus interface/service status. Uptime is not displayed anywhere yet.
