Make the UI resizable

• you've already experimented with this, you should remember the new size in localStorage and you should load it on page reload
• should work only on a medium to large screen, no point on mobile, it shouldn't be available
• the list should also be scrollable (overflow inside a fixed container?) but not the header and the footer
