Range filtering - make less clunky

This is mostly low hanging fruit, something I didn't get around to getting done.

The inputs for the range filtering are encased in a label. So everytime someone clicks them, it clicks the checkbox on/off. This is frustrating

Also, bind event to the inputs themselves that trigger result update if the checkbox is checked

423f331 fixed the clumsiness of the labels. Still need keyup event on the inputs
