SDK: prepare for next rollups-node alpha.13

📚 Context

Prepare the SDK image with upcoming releases of PRT and next rollups-node, and also bump the Foundry version to 1.5.1.

Probably the targeted versions will be:

• devnet v2.0.0-alpha.15
• rollups-node v2.0.0-alpha.13
• cartesi-rollups-prt v3.0.0-alpha.4

Dependencies

• Depends on assets release on rollups-node repository 🟨
• Depends on assets release on dave repository 🟨
• Tracking Rollups-node PRs:
  • feature(emulator): bump emulator (v0.21.0), rootfs (v0.18.0), linux (6.5.13-ctsi-2-v0.21.0) rollups-node#791

📈 Subtasks

• Set the new version FOUNDRY_VERSION variable on docker-bake.hcl.
• Remove the CARTESI_DEVNET_VERSION variable on docker-bake.hcl
• Set the new version CARTESI_PRT_VERSION variable in docker-bake.hcl.
• Modify dockerfile to also include a DEVNET_VERSION file in the target folder storing the anvil_state.json and deployments/ folder that comes from a devnet npm package.
• Node updates
  • Set the new version CARTESI_ROLLUPS_NODE_VERSION variable on docker-bake.hcl.
  • Set the new version CARTESI_IMAGE_KERNEL_VERSION variable on docker-bake.hcl.
  • Set the new version CARTESI_LINUX_KERNEL_VERSION variable on docker-bake.hcl.
  • Set the new version CARTESI_MACHINE_EMULATOR_VERSION variable on docker-bake.hcl
  • Update checksum for both arm64 and amd64 on Dockerfile for each of the new artifacts.

Definition of Done

• Check if versions of specific artifacts matches.
• A DApp can be built using the new SDK image.
