Defining a security policy

We don't find a documentation in order to produce a correct policy (.xml). We just have the examples resources but did'nt understand the meaning of all the fields.

Other related question : When the clarus-proxy is well connected (using docker) with the postgres db, what is the default security policy used ?

By default, there is no security policy assigned, since it hardly depends on the data that will be used with the proxy.
I'm assigning the people who is in charge of the documentation to provide further information
