test(webapi): check grabWebElement() result via toOuterHTML()

getText() is not implemented for CDPBrowser's WebElement, which broke
the Lightpanda, Moli and Obscura jobs. toOuterHTML() works on all
helpers and still fails on a raw Puppeteer ElementHandle.
