Usage with storybook/unit tests

Hi! We're currently developing a set of plugins for a client of ours. It would be great to be able to use the SDK/UI packages in storybook as well. To do that, we would need a mock ctx for the <Canvas />. Can you provide one? If not as an export, at least here as copypasta? :)

@moritzjacobs I'm so sorry that we completely missed this from 2 years ago... it's just been sitting here the whole time :( I'm very sorry about that; we're usually better about monitoring the repos but this one fell through the cracks.

Is this still relevant after all this time? If you still need something like this, could you please let me know (or point us to the relevant Storybook docs) about what exactly the mock ctx needs to provide? Its base types should all be in https://github.com/datocms/plugins-sdk/blob/master/packages/sdk/src/ctx/base.ts, but let me know if you still need anything specific.
